Mold & die engraving, direct onto hardened steel.
Logos, cavity numbers, revision levels, regulatory symbols and 3D textures engraved directly onto mold cavities, cores, inserts, sliders and lifters — including hardened steel up to 60 HRC. Forty years of mold work for injection molding, die casting and precision tooling shops across Singapore.
Capabilities in detail
Cavity Text & Logos
Customer logos, part IDs and regulatory symbols engraved mirror-reading into cavities so every molded part carries a clean, correct mark.
Cavity & Revision Numbering
Deep-engraved cavity numbers and revision levels on cavities, inserts, sliders and lifters — clear identification for production, assembly and maintenance.
3D Surfacing & Texturing
CNC machining and laser engraving for 3D graphics, contoured lettering and functional textures on complex mold surface geometries.

Common questions
Can you engrave molds that are already hardened?
Yes. We laser-engrave tool steels up to 60 HRC — including Stavax, 2083 ESR and D2 — so finished, heat-treated cavities and inserts can be engraved directly.
Will the engraving read correctly on the molded part?
Yes. Cavity engraving is produced mirror-reading at the specified depth so text, logos and symbols appear right-reading and raised (or recessed) on the molded part, exactly per your drawing.
Can you engrave inserts, sliders and lifters, not just cavities?
Yes. We routinely engrave matching IDs on inserts, sliders and lifters to assist assembly and maintenance, alongside the cavity and core work itself.
What tolerance do you hold on mold engraving?
Standard tolerance is ±0.05 mm with a minimum character height of 0.1 mm, and every component is 100% inspected before it returns to you.
