We work with injection moulding, die casting, medical device, aerospace, automotive, packaging and precision tooling manufacturers across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Most of our work is engraving and marking on moulds, electrodes and production tooling.
Our standard tolerance is ±0.05 mm, with a minimum character height of 0.1 mm. Every part is 100% inspected before it leaves the workshop.
Hardened tool steels up to 60 HRC (Stavax, 2083 ESR, D2 and similar), aluminium, brass, copper and graphite. This covers mould cavities and inserts, marking dies, and EDM electrodes.
Yes. We laser-engrave carbon graphite and copper electrodes for EDM sinking, producing raised or sunk characters with any specified over-burn for clean, repeatable cavity detail.
Yes. Using 5-axis laser and multi-axis CNC we engrave logos, part IDs, revision numbers, 3D graphics and functional textures directly onto mould cavities, cores, inserts, sliders and lifters.
We mark permanent serial numbers, date codes, bar codes, QR codes and UID/Data Matrix codes for full part traceability, including corrosion-resistant laser annealing on stainless steel and titanium for medical and aerospace components.
